Terms of Service

These Terms govern access to and use of SirRelay, a hosted web and Telegram task-relay service for small teams. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Acceptance
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use SirRelay. If you use the service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organisation.
2. The service
SirRelay helps small groups coordinate tasks via a web app and an optional Telegram bot. Features may change as the product evolves. SirRelay is not a general messaging platform, CRM, or guaranteed enterprise SLA.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate account details and keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. Operators are responsible for who they invite into a group and for content they create or assign.
4. Acceptable use
You may not misuse the service: no unlawful content, no attempts to break security or access other groups’ data, no abuse of Telegram or our infrastructure. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.
5. Telegram
Telegram features depend on Telegram’s availability and your link between SirRelay and Telegram. We are not responsible for Telegram outages, policy changes, or account bans on Telegram’s side.
6. Availability
We aim for reliable hosting but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Keep your own copies of critical information where needed.
7. Liability
SirRelay is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
8. Termination
You may stop using the service and leave or delete groups according to in-product controls. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or to protect the service and other users.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms. The version identifier and “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use after changes, or explicit re-acceptance when prompted, means you accept the updated Terms.
