This Privacy Policy explains how SirRelay collects and uses personal data when you use our hosted web app and optional Telegram integration.
1. Who is responsible
SirRelay is operated as a hosted service. The operator of your deployment is the controller of personal data processed for that instance.
2. Data we collect
Account data (email, name, password hash, locale), group and task data, optional Telegram link data, session and security logs, and optional self-hosted usage analytics when enabled.
3. Why we use data
To provide and secure the service, send task and alert messages you enable, maintain operations, and—if analytics are enabled—understand aggregate product usage. We do not use your data for advertising.
4. Cookies
We use one essential cookie for your signed-in session. We do not use advertising cookies.
5. Analytics
When enabled, we run self-hosted Umami on our infrastructure. The tracker is designed to avoid advertising cookies and does not sell your data to third-party ad networks.
6. Telegram
Linking Telegram is optional. Telegram’s own privacy policy also applies to data Telegram processes as an independent service.
7. Retention and security
We keep data while your account and groups remain active, and for a reasonable period afterward for backups, security logs, and legal obligations.
8. Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We may share data with infrastructure providers needed to host the service, with Telegram when you use bot features, or when required by law.
9. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export personal data. Use in-product controls where available, or contact us using the address published in the product.
